If you contact us with a request to create a non-binding price offer, we will ask you to provide basic information and recommend a free service visit.

Based on the information obtained, we will create a price offer for moving. If you agree with the offered price and the date of moving is no longer agreed in advance, you will be advised to offer it.

Once the date of the move has been agreed and confirmed, then the move will be smooth.

In the case of a complete package and disassembly of furniture, we recommend to prepare it for at least a day in advance, always depends on communication with the customer. Our staff will arrive at the pickup address and take care of the complete preparation. They will pack all your household equipment, glasses in the boxes, clothes in bags, clothes in the wardrobes and all other small items in the moving boxes. Furniture that cannot be moved as a whole due to size will be dismantled and packed against damage.

On the day of the move, the same staff who took care of your order will arrive, as they know exactly how they prepared everything. Your moved items will be loaded with care and secured on the vehicle against damage during transport. After signing the necessary documents, we can set off.

We take care of your belongings throughout the transport and for this reason we always drive with care. In the event that you do not travel directly with us, we will always inform you during the trip about the estimated time of arrival at the destination.

At the place of delivery, the staff will take care of unloading the moved items and placing them according to your wishes. In the event of a request for reassembly, the staff will reassemble your furniture. Then only the last step remains and that is checking whether everything is as it should be and signing the necessary documents.
